Amazon Lockers

We are happy to have a unit of Amazon Lockers at Riverside. Order items from Amazon and pick them up from these lockers, at a time that is convenient for you. For further information and instructions on how to use them, click here.

Wi-Fi 

Stay connected whilst you shop with FREE Wi-Fi at Riverside. Select Riverside Wi-Fi on your device and enjoy free access to the internet. 

ATM

Cash point is located in the car park stairwell ground floor. 

Facilities

Toilets are located in the centre on level 2 which also include disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.

Accessibility

Riverside is an open air shopping centre with all our retailers situated on the ground floor with wheelchair access.

Access to the centre from street level is via Marlowes, Moor End Road and the bus stop at the rear of the unit previously Debenhams.

Disabled parking is available within the Riverside car park with a number of disabled bays located on levels 2a, 3a and 4a. All levels of the car park have lift access which connect to the disabled toilets and management suite on the 1st floor, a link bridge to TK Maxx and Premier Inn on the 3rd floor and ground floor access to the retailers.  

A number of retailers trade from ground and first floor with access to the upper floors provided by lifts. These include Next, H&M and TK Maxx.
